This is how a wealthy and prosperous state in SE should look, i give kudos to this government for finally doing the needful in infrastructure. What is left is to install street lights and some aritifical trees for beautification. Dalu unu
Infrastructure is one of the best things this government has been investing in and it is enough to prove it's capacity and credibility. To be honest this government deserves a second term

@Anambra1st son. Very impressive and worthy of calming the people's nerves as this finished road with the sidewalk and marking will signpost what is expected of the numerous roads across the state when finished. We wish the government a speedy successful completion of these quality projects.
@Anambra1st son Old boy do you think there will be street lighting of the roads in the major cities of the state and possibly the highways like onitsha/owerri and around ogidi? Thanks
Obiano is a thief and a rogue and also a drunkard.....may anything like Obiano never ever happen to ndi Anambra state in Jesus christ name....you can say Amen to that if you do agree with me. Do you know that even the roads he did in his own town Agulueri are all rubbish? Very rubbish indeed.
Unu afugonu ife di iche nime oke na oguno! See how simply adding lane marks to the road makes a difference. It has transformed that area from chaotic looking wasteland to a gentrified environment. Now add traffic signs and plant tree on both sides of that road and you get a Dubai look. Please let the supervising ministry ensure that the right paint (i.e. heavy duty, solvent based high performance hard wearing type) is used, unadulterated otherwise those lane marks will all rub off in no time.
The time to start building up is now. We must reserve as much agricultural land as possible. It should not be deferred to someone else. If the government and construction companies are not prepared to plant grass or tile the edges of the streets, it should make it a law that every landowner MUST tile or grass his/her property to meet the paved street.
If only 1k of anambra multimillionaire sons and daughters decide to come home and invest in awka, the yorubas will be so envious of what they will see in less than 3 years
I noticed the 2 ladies on the right angle of the camera before one branched into Roban supermart and cars driving on the marking. I equally noticed more persons using the sidewalk and the road very smooth and free. Oh the environment was beautiful and alluring.

Why must we continue with open gutters? Please, trees, grass, trees, grass, more trees and more grasses. We shouldn't have to see bare soil. Fruit trees preferable where appropriate. The time to reserve space for expansion is now. Beacons should be installed in places that are not buildable to make room for future expansion of existing narrow roads we have now.
