Good video Lee, great to see some fish being caught. Years ago we used to float fish on the end of the Palace Pier for Pollack with red rag. Dropping straight down it was not unusual to catch and return 20 up to 1lb in weight. Occasionally we got coalfish which really fight hard. Great sport on light gear. - Sadly those days are long gone!
WHAT'S the seabed like there? I see at low tide there's loads of sand or mud inside. I've only ever caught ONE dogfish. They seem to be a lot more common these days.
Great video! Been to Brighton Marina once and managed to catch a pollock. First time fishing tho. Can’t wait to there again.

Yep, used to fish the pier too as a kid but at least we have the marina now which is sometimes good for pollack

Seabed is sandy on east arm from about bay 15 right up to the end. From bay 1to 15 it's rocky. I catch most fish around bays 35 to 45.

Good days fishing Lee ;)
Glad you enjoyed it, as I did, it's not always about catching the big ones.
