Diana had a really rough start to life. She was neglected and abused by her mother. As a result of the continual abuse Diana became withdrawn and had a bad stammer. At age 3 1/2 her mother abandoned her (or Diana was removed by the child welfare agency) and she ended up in an orphanage. When Diana was about 5yo, a kind woman named Irina became Diana’s legal guardian and along with her family took on the task of rehabilitating her. About the same time a speech therapist recommended Diana take singing lessons to overcome her stammer and the rest is history. Turned out Diana loved singing, was very good at it and had a superb musical ear (and perfect pitch according to some). The result of Irina’s efforts is this delightful, talented young woman we all love and admire@@LonkSonkReactions-x1d
