History being made; wish the sound were a tad clearer; but we're lucky to have a recording at all. Imagine sitting in the audience, seeing Barbra's final Funny Girl Broadway performance! :) Thanks for posting!
It's so cool to hear her live performance of this and the feeling and emotion you can visualize. It wows me. I wish more could be released from her final performance, since I know it was recorded (audio).
@broadwaylover3105 Hearing the first scene with If A Girl Isn't Pretty would be cool. I just like comparing then and now. Also, maybe His Love Makes Me Beautiful and People. I Want to Be Seen With You would be cool too 😂.
I still think this - together with The Music That Makes Me Dance - makes for a more satisfying ending to Funny Girl. The performance of My Man at the end of the movie is sensational, but the lyrics of the song are crude and dated, compared with The Music That Makes Me Dance.
To be able to go back in time, & see opening night, then closing night of this on Broadway.

Of course! I also wish the audio was a little clearer but it’s honestly in great shape for being recorded in the 1960’s

I have the full recording if there’s any specific parts you’d like me to post!
