Her run lasted several years tho....She was super huge at the time!!
I've been a fan of hers since her singing with Jeff Lober.I think her career waned when she took the time off to take care of her child and divorced her husband Terry Lewis (1/2 of Jam&Lewis).When she re-emerged two years ago with Carp-perdeim it was lackluster at best.

Karyn White was born in October 1965. She was 22 almost 23 when released her first self debut album in 1988, 32 years ago. I like many of the songs on her first album. She was to collaborate songs with Jeff Lorber, especially the song facts of love in 1986. Wow the years just go by so very fast! Golly. Nice timeless music classics.
