    thanks very helpful video:) I use to to take Ju-jitsu we lean wrist take downs how to take someone down if they had a knife and disarm them

    Heel palm to the jaw, no knee in the nuts works a lot better

    Putting a knee to someones face from that angle and distance is potentially deadly. Don't know if it's a good idea to teach people these types of techniques when the attack is a grab or weak choke attempt that can easily be deflected or escaped from. Violence has to be proportional to the threat presented.

    So right of the bat you grab your opponent the wrong way. Your pulling on his neck instead of the back of his head. I’m calling bullshido
