Sir, thank you for your exclusive explanation. It's a very useful video for servo learning. By the way one thing you described about CWL and CCWL is totally wrong. CWL is used as clock wise limit, i.e it inhabit/restrict to run in clock wise direction. Similarly CCWL inhabits/restricts to run in counter clockwise direction. Basically Limit Switches (NC) are used as these two digital inputs.
Sir, I have one doubt in the servo gear ratio parameters sheet... If the motor rotates 4 rounds with 3mm pitch.. so I it will cover 12mm... Is it true..? Really I am confused about this point in your video..(help me)
If your servo motor rotates 4 rounds (complete revolutions) and you have a lead screw or ball screw with a 3mm pitch, here's how it works: Pitch refers to the distance the nut on the screw will move for each complete revolution of the screw. In this case, a 3mm pitch means that for every 1 revolution of the motor, the screw will move the nut by 3mm. If the motor rotates 4 rounds, the movement will be: Total movement = Pitch × Number of revolutions Total movement = 3 mm × 4 rounds = 12 mm So, the nut or carriage attached to the screw will indeed move 12mm if the motor rotates 4 complete revolutions. Your understanding is correct.

Sir Please make video in PPR calculation, pich calculation, rpm calculation,
Sir please it's request 🙏
thanks first for this video. I want to know how to resolve the problem of servo drive variation
Super sir
4X2500 = 10000
4 is not 4 turns but it is for incremental encoder (16:00 )
Thanks
great
Sir you can also speak your language explain so easy 😉
Perfect
Good work
Gracias
Very good
Could you please make a video with the encoder and servo motor.
Thank you sir
Can you make a vedio about how can we control the servo with mark (I - mark ) function with moving accurate length at high speed
Sir please put the vedio of siemens v90 servo drive with siemens s7-1200 plc
Sir can you make video (homing with z pulse index pulse)
Very nice question
I also need to know all these

Sir, I have one doubt in the servo gear ratio parameters sheet...

If your servo motor rotates 4 rounds (complete revolutions) and you have a lead screw or ball screw with a 3mm pitch, here's how it works:
Pitch refers to the distance the nut on the screw will move for each complete revolution of the screw. In this case, a 3mm pitch means that for every 1 revolution of the motor, the screw will move the nut by 3mm.
If the motor rotates 4 rounds, the movement will be:
Total movement = Pitch × Number of revolutions
Total movement = 3 mm × 4 rounds = 12 mm
So, the nut or carriage attached to the screw will indeed move 12mm if the motor rotates 4 complete revolutions. Your understanding is correct.
Can you sir make a realized this subject
sir what is meaning of 17bit encoder? it mean that give 2^17 pulses per rev?
yes 2^17 = 131072 pulses / rev
