For that heaven smoke it is thin there because it is thrown wrong, its a W Jump throw from there and it lands a bit further up so the smoke is a LOT thicker usually(AT 8:10 )
8:15 if u throw this smoke W+JT it's not so weak to spam. Its also good position to molly broken wall/hell, so I guess it depends on if u want to molly site or hell which one to use

Yes. Pretty stable 380-400 FPS (I have fps_max 400)

Nah, I keep it on for these videos so you can see when I do W+jumpthrow etc. Just for visualization in case you are trying a utility or movement trick I showed, and you can not nail it down, having keyboard layout should help you understand my keypresses.
