In a one on one I can totally see Suiryu winning, against multiple people it's probably Garou, Suiryu can close the distance, and can get people away, Garou is pure close combat and no mobility, it's either Suiryu uses 3rd skill as soon as Garou comes close or Suiryu surprise attacks with 2nd skill. Honestly Suiryu might just be the perfect counter for Garou

Suiryu tip: when your doing a combo and your doing head first, your probably thinking to do whirlwind drop next, don’t to it immediately,it doesn’t keep them raffled and it’s punishing, after doing head first, wait a bit before doing whirlwind drop and the. Do it, this will make them ragdoll, so you can down slam again and extend the combo.
