Niluji...this masala is exactly what we in South Karnataka traditionally use to make chicken and mutton curry. The only change is that add some garlic and ginger also. We don't use tomato or curds...of late lot of outside influence has helped us learn different varieties but traditional masala remains this.
I have just tried making rumali roti only once long back. It came out nicely but as it was with maida I didn't do it again. Now you are showing with wheat flour. I will try this soon.
