I unfortunitly wasn't able to make it to this crossing on my trip to England last year. On that trip I only visited four level crossings in the Barnes area. Next time I come back, I definitly want to come here! I hope the mecanical bells will still be around.

Classic mechanical Bells are not quite seen very often on UK level crossings but quite nicer still a few of them still left an operation

I'd say quite rare yes. There's only around 15-20 crossings in the country that have bells now. Most are in the south of England.
