I find Flipkart UI way better than Amazon's. While I used to use Amazon in bandwagon effect, I switched back to Flipkart just for UI. Amazon is too cluttered. Filtering options are generic and becomes really difficult to find the exact product

Very useful video. I used to shop from Flipkart mostly because their site is looks so easy and comfortable. When you open amazon site you see many unnecessary information while on flipkart no unnecessary information is is shown while shopping.
The effect of supercoins by flipkart can't be undermined. Even though the return is low, but it still pushes me to buy from Flipkart instead of Amazon if the price are same. Till now by using flipkart supercoins I have got dominos vouchers worth 4.5k which seems good to me.
Amazon does not give pay on delivery for other tier 2 and tier 3 cities but Flipkart gives for almost all the product .people hesitate to do bank transaction as it for the first time this may also be the reason for the downfall of Amazon.

I don't agree. When I reached their customer care regarding Amazon pay UPI, 3 executives and 2 people from leadership team abruptly disconnected my call when they couldn't provide me a solution. I'm still struggling with this and latest reply I've got is to try linking my account after 90 days. Totally shit. UPI works smooth on Google pay and phonepe. Amazon should stop stepping into every possible segment where they don't have expertise.
@@pavan5208 It depends upon your problem, if it's something beyond their control, they will try but they might not guarantee. Payment stuck issues is because of your bank in between, I faced this problem with Google pay a lot many times and GPay never helped me to get the resolution.
Amazon is getting ugly , there app is full with ads and waste items. When you search something you don't get good result plus ui is very very poor . There Deleivery change is very high . Amazon has one best benefit is that there customer service .

Don’t know about the business jargons he’s used here in his video but Amazon’s success story was simple : - 1. Better prices 2. Faster delivery 3. Fabulous customer service 4. Faster website 5. Accurate search results 6. More variety of products Flipkart lacked in all of the above as compared to Amazon and people realised this when they started using Amazon. Like for example flipkart could never produce accurate search results. When i typed “Electronic piano”, flipkart would show kid’s keyboard in the first few pages. Amazon would accurately show “Electronic Piano”. A combination of these small things as mentioned above made Amazon a big success, in Nutshell.
I think that free delivery incorporating with the prime video facility is also a big reason. They even sometimes deliver a product below 50/- for free to prime subscribers.
