Considering the times that historical figures in a position of power have either been assassins or Templars or allied to either side, you can’t expect there to not be chaos. If he thinks that the Templars are close enough to what he and the league believe in, I would suggest looking at people who were Templars and caused death and destruction on their own like the Borgias. batman is underestimating ezio abit tbh. mostly eagle vision and the apple of edan while ezio wont use the apple unless absolutely necessary. but the eagle vision works completely different and dont know if the stealthy suit can truely counter it as it sees whos a threat and whos not. but ezio isnt the one for needless blood shed he rebuilt the assassin order after it was pretty much almost fully destoryed by the templars and he for the most part goes out of hsi way to help others one thing about him he doesnt stand for injustice. i feel like ezio would be more willing to talk to batman if they came to blows as batman explain to him that being in the modern day would actually be a detrament and would highly escalate the war between the assassins and the templars and that to preserve as many of innocent lives as they can he needs to go back to his own time period.
