What are you using to massage your legs and muscles? I need something similar to help with my calves. They have never been right ever since I tore my Acheilies tendon and the muscle and ligaments especially in my left leg and ankle. The right one is better than the left, but still needs help. I have had spinal cord injuries that also affect my legs and the cramping has gotten worse over the last year and especially in the last 4 months. I have been doing more stretches to see if it helps. You did a great job in your performance.💜

Hey Tirion 👋 Just wondering if you’re interested in doing pico laser for facial treatment? I am much older than you are so I’ve come to conclusion that it’s not worth spending thousands on just skincare moisturizer, but laser with current technology does make the difference.
