I was blessed to see the original Jersey Boys cast and it was the best Broadway show I have ever seen, and I have been seeing Broadway shows since Carol Channing and Pearl Bailey played Dolly Levi. I was also blessed to see the real Four Seasons before they disbanded.
John Lloyd Young is a fantastic vocalist, and performer. I will go see Jersey Boys on Broadway as soon as I can get there. Love you! Patricia H. KImes
John is living his dream and he is one of the most impressive stars ever. Talent abounds within this man
It was adorable, how fascinated John was by the spinning circle on his Tony award.
I really don't know why but i saw this interview until now, and i follow musicalworld since forever...and i am dutch...oh well...
WHAT AN INTELLIGENT, TALENTED ACTOR, SINGER AND PERFORMER!! EVERYONE FELL IN LOVE WITH HIM ! HUGS AND BESOS!!
Great interview, John Lloyd!!
XO : ))
Watching this made my day! Great interview and I'm so happy for JLY. Great to see that Jersey Boys footage to start my day. Love the show and I'll get out my original cast recording today to hear more! Thank you JLY for all the great entertainment and we look forward to your future roles.
He's so smart and articulate!
He says he's 29 in this interview? ? He mentions the possibility of having another success 10 years later and he really has!! He's now 39 and just did the jersey boys movie :)
Madie Wood He was 29 when he did Jersey Boys. He was about 35 in this interview.
John is such a sweetheart :)
luv his smile at the end....look so boyish....lol
I think I like Johns hair at this length. Such a cute fello he is indeed🌹
I just noticed that the interviewer was right and John is wrong with what episode he was on. He was on the third episode of glee not the second. Anyways, great interview. Love you John Lloyd Young, I hope you will keep making movies and go on lots of tv shows; love watching you in action!!!
I just like that he has A LOT of wisdom about career. about how you need to make many changes based on my life and where I he's at, and growning into his current situation. He's cute, too! And he is getting more popular than Lea, even though I love her too, he is pretty famous on his own.
I was in a couple scenes with him (that I'm not sure are in the movie) as an extra in "Oy Vey". I'd never heard of him and wasn't sure about who he was but just looked him up. :)
WOW.........wear your hair like you did in the movie John.......XXXXX
He said he doesn't sing a single note, yet they show a short clip of the Acafellas singing and he sings a couple of words. Is that not his voice then?
yes your so right..
where did they film this interview anyone know
\
The interviewer is cute!! hehe! Funny guy!
Is NOBODY else creeped out by the rabbit sitting next to him the ENTIRE interview?
the original cast was the best...
abel mesina , I agree. John Lloyd Young is the one who brought the Frankie Valli to life when the production of the play began.
John said this is not his house at a personal appearance.
@MsFruittwist wtf lol.
@MsFruittwist What? There is no "proof". Just the hopeful delusions of some fangirls.
john had a double chin. did he get a plastic surgery
JLY did not name drop. The interviewer was the one who dropped Lea's name. JLY is so sweet and such a talented man, so it's sad when people who don't even know him say negative things about him. He's a winner!
