All of The Big Push are insanely talented musicians and singers. They can all sing lead vocals. Romain has recently released a solo album. We are truly blessed for the time they spent together as a band.

Ren learned guitar before bass. His father gave him a guitar when he was a kid. He taught himself to play bass because TBP didn't have a bassist and I think he got the short straw. Same reason he played the drums initially.😁

The love of performing is infectious with them. Best way to think about the Big Push is like a modern day Beatles (3 singer songwriters who play all kinds of guitar and other instruments and a drummer to knit it all together - talent levels about the same too). As you dig deeper into your Big Push journey, you'll soon realise that it is not really Ren's band but all equals with insane talent throughout the group - several times Ren will take a supporting role if it suits the song best. Every performance be it live or a video brings the same level of fun and wonderment at their talent. Highly recommend you checking out Romain Axisa's solo work on his YT channel - he has some great songs on there and is constantly releasing new music.

Romain and Gorran are both lead artists too, the dynamic is "anything goes" as they have played/busked together for years. Swapping guitars and roles means they can cover almost any style making them more versatile that nearly any band ever. Ren said he loves playing bass in The Big Push and he's a demon at it lol. "Wade in the water/Nina Simone/Trouble so hard" is an amazing example of this with delivered with pure soul and singing.

Romain and Gorran both have their own YT channels, too. Ren and Gorran both play guitar and bass and switched all the time, I guess maybe depending on what kind of song they were playing and what they wanted the sound to be. Romain's solo stuff is really worth taking a look at on it's own merit. There's one in a church called, (I think), Time after Time, (not a Cyndi Lauder cover just same title), which is really good. Goran is also good, he tends to do folk music inspired work, quite laid back stuff. The drummer got married and emigrated to Australia, no idea what he's up to musically but wish him well. Don't think you have come across any Sam Thomkins/Ren busking stuff yet? Sam has a amazing voice and is doing really well solo. Packing out venues like the London Apollo. His song "Hero" from there will destroy you! Think he's supported Bieber as well?

In one of the other songs I told you to listen to (Icarus) Goran sings lead, Ren plays electric and sings background, and Romain plays bass and sings background, while in the other (Acustarus) Goran sings lead and plays acoustic, Ren also plays acoustic and sings background, and Romain plays electric and sings background.
