This was for me starting at 19 minutes. I'm walking thru loss that no one can understand or comfort me in. But God. I must encourage myself in Him. Like David and like Job. ❤🙌🏼

Only Yeshua Messiah knows everything about us, so seeking comfort in any other will never be adequate. When people are spiritually dead and unregenerate they laugh at us whenever we say that we need Him. Only after our soul is brought to life in Yeshua can anyone understand the rest that we have in Him alone. Whatever it is that you are going through, just remember that Jesus Yeshua loves you more than you can ever imagine. Shalom @FaithNFlorida

Hi just read your message and can relate to you cos I'm also going thru loss of my husband.
Most days are so difficult but like you I encourage myself in the Lord and I know that he is carrying me thru this grief..
You also stay strong in the Lord cos there is no other hope but in Christ alone our saviour.
God bless you and keep you in perfect peace.I was also so encouraged when I read Job and that also helped me but we only human to also feel this pain and sorrow...This journey is so difficult but how we end is most important ❤️

      Thank you for your message.
I'm sorry to hear about your husband also..so we share the same pain and to me it's the worse to experience.
I pray for strength for you thru the holy spirit and may God continue to be your pillar and rock. God bless

@@monicaramsudhi5548 definitely the way we end is so much more important than the start. It's just like that race that Paul tells us about. Only one wins in a race, thankfully in Yeshua Messiah there are as many winners as there are runners.

I listen many times to this study so that I can understand the history of the Bible and to gain knowledge how the ancient time works that we can apply to our present days.

It isn’t a coincidence that the mother witch on the old show “Bewitched” was named Endora. King Saul consulted with a witch of Endore. Hollywood has been hiding this kind of stuff all the while.

So true Pastor Gary no one can understand the pain and hurt some go thru except Jesus.
No matter how much people will say they understand but no one does only Jesus.
I have learnt to do exactly wat David did and that is to encourage myself in the Lord after the death of my husband

You are so right about fairness to other people, and choosing not to lay burdens on them, of course we can share at times.. I'm sure you mean that too.. but Ultimately its Jesus who will carry us.. if we ''just believe'' and trust Him. Ellizabeth Elliot once said, If you don't know what to do, ''do the next thing '' , it was a short verse I heard her say a few years ago on a video..those few words really helped me, and have never forgotten to apply that to my life when needed.

Are they going to continue with 2 Samuel? I'm pretty deep into it, but I would happily start over. It helps so much with my understanding. These books are difficult for me with all the names and political machinations and everything. Even though I've read through the Bible multiple times, some of these OT books can be challenging. Reading along with a message would be fantastic! I do think some of the modern day applications are a bit stretched sometimes. But as far as understanding the events and people, it really is helpful.

With regard to 1 Samuel 28:12, here's what The Companion Bible has to say: "This refers to the materialization of a deceiving spirit impersonating Samuel."
