It's all our opinion in regards to which album was his best. My personal favorite was Hero. It was fresh and I'd met him before and during Rebirth. From Rebirth forward he seemed like a different/better Kirk.

My cousins and I were preteens/teenagers when Gods Property came out . When I tell you that album and that whole era change our lives! Baby! We had a step team at church, we were singing all the songs in the choir. It brought a lot of young people to the church.

This all goes back to what I have mentioned to others in the past. What Kirk should've done is this. He should've created himself an empire. He could've kept the Family as his gritty-soulful churchy-sound group, kept GP as his step-crew group, and 1NC as his jazzy/showtune-type group. Thus therefore creating for himself an impeccable gospel music empire that would've made him far more richer than he is now! Additionally, that move would've also alleviated ANY of the members of those groups from feeling left out, left behind, or forgotten!

A friend of mine purchased God’s Property for me as a birthday gift it was one of the best I’ve received. This cd was so good I bought it twice the first one got scratched up and the other one was stolen. It was that good.
