because they aren't readily available here...I might be able to find someplace online that sells them cheaper. Chupas are not popular in America. I had to spend almost $25.00 to get a 150 count ice cream flavor tin of em...

i finoly found where they sell chupas in my town... some british imported candy store. only place... im there like every secand day lol
