Since Ex-Parte is declared, will it be implmented in immediate effect? I mean the defandant have to abide by the ex-parte decree before he/she can process the review?

There is nothing like immidiate effect in ex-parte decree in civil cases ....In every case after ex-parte decree the defendant will get the time to apply for set aside decree...

Hello, Hamare pe case hua tha criminal ka aagjani ka case usme kya hua ki hamara lawyer feb 2019 se hi attendance nhi banaya hai...aur abhi tak nhi sara date mein absent hi hai...wakil dhoka diya hai...ab kya kare...saare lawyers keh rhe hai..jail jana hi hoga jiska jiska name hai...koi aur upay hai kya..?
