Wye Island December 29, 2014 HUNT

A dreary day, but the rain ended before hounds were cast. None of the foxes wanted to make any long runs in the open, but still, hounds worked well as they pursued their pilots along the shoreline and thru the briars.

In response to an inquiry , the State Wildlife Management Area (Wye Island) only allows 6 cple of hounds to be hunted during any hunt). Normally, we hunt anywhere from 9 - 15 couple.
