- Bruno Lage’s men were defeated by Manchester City at Molineux on Saturday afternoon.
An early Jack Grealish goal put the visitors ahead, before Erling Haaland extended the advantage.
With Wolves reduced to ten men following a Nathan Collins red card, Manchester City added a third when Phil Foden netted from close range.
I’m a city fan fair play Wolverhampton Wanderers you were 2-0 down at half time but when u got the red card it was likely that city would score more goals than they had scored in the 1st half but no they only scored 1 which was really good defending by wolves so overall credit for giving us a tough game hopefully we will meet soon at the Etihad good luck for the future wish you and the fans all the best….. Not rlly good defending but more of a shaking mancity attack, the amount of times they couldnt play their passes and chances well, their harmony been awful that game they couldve scored 5+ goals.

I'm city fan, Nuno tactic works better with wolves i guess. I believe under Nuno your team is more difficult for us to face.
Tactics are getting worse and crosses are not near efficient they are unable to get the ball in the final third and also lacking in pace and Ait nouri needs to learn not to fumble the ball,but if these problems continue it would be trouble for us. They need to change the attitude all together and work on finishing and their team work.
Erm I can't see any improvement to our team under lage. When Nuno was in charge we were feared by the top 6 clubs because we had fight.
Ok nuno had a bad run too but with no money spent on players and jota being sold hurt our attack.
108m later were no better, we have talented players now and just need a manager to get the best out of them. I hope Lage turns things around but all I can see is a relegation scrap to stay up.

Awful first half from Wolves, a better start in the 2nd half although there's not much chance of us scoring-we don't do goals. With any luck Lage will be handed his P45 on Monday morning, he's got to be the worst Wolves manager since Saunders.

Use the combination of hwang and Jimenez. It was the most devastating. The defense is very unstable. Rather use 343 352 like the previous season.

Seriously Neto, Podence, instead of Wang and Traode. Bruno is a horrible coach never like him never will, Wolves need a better coach, I am hoping to see Costas and Jimenez play together, and on the side Traode and Wang but that will never happen with this coach.

Lage is a knobhead, ive said it before, that team should be playing much better, i cant understand when all your best players are offensive and yet you take a defensive stand on games. Im Portuguese and a Benfica fan and I didn't like Lage (even though he was champion) and I don't like him now, do yourselves a favor and sack him, get an offensive minded manager , you will be surprised by the results....
