The dance practice for me, showed continuous formation from one small group then mixing to the big group is amazing. The flow is just magnificent. Congrats SB19, scouts, camera man and Jay . ❤😊thanks
Saying Jay did this choreography in less than 4 days just to make it in everybody's time frame is amazing. I think Jay took the video of this rehearsal as he knows the moves by heart. As a designer in planning alone we can already visualize the outcone. The contrast of the choreo to the lyrics makes it special even subject for debate. But who cares love the music , the dance and the visuals just vibe in and your are good the whole day.
This is not something new. I've seen this type of this weird dance more than 7 years ago. Japanese groups are well known for this type of dance. As soon as Pablo and Stell did the robotic run, it just pop on to my head that Jay got the inspiration from the Japanese group World Order. Check out their song "Singularity" and "Have A Nice Day". All of them are wearing neckties and suits. They dance in a similar fashion with a serious face too. The only difference is SB19 are better dancers and singers. It's good that they're trying different genres that will appeal to different countries. It will give them more exposure especially once the dance move goes viral like Gento.
