I recall that Blank had performed a similar role when the "Five Nights at Candys" channel was in use before it closed off. Dylan had to serve as a nightguard since the animatronics were acting strangely; it appears that they are all in "security breach" or "stage mode." Although it was suggested that switches might be used to turn off that mode, I doubt anyone went around to physically flip those switches in Every location. This has probably been done internally, however some animatronics or robots, like security, Candy, Cindy, or Damien, have different coding and won't function with it. But the majority of the time, people who have souls or at least have sentience with shadows that were made as a result of intense sadness or rage, are the ones that are fine. These were without a doubt developed internally by a highly clever human or robot. Since these are all related, it is clear that they are connected in some way, but we are unaware of what is causing it or what is wrong inside with everyone for them to return to "stage mode" or "security breach" mode. This definitely doesn't randomly happen though, that's for sure

i think the reason why some wont such as cindy,candy,sec candy is becuase of their soul becuase as i have heard dylan was in sec candy and we also know sec candy responds to dylans emotions so i think that its soul based meaning we will easily know what anomtronics have a soul or not
