Nah, ice monkey is underated, I actually do use him, in certain situation when I play impoppable, and also the bottom path is made for DDT, middle is just slowing everything down and the top is pretty confusing to use, but im sure he has some good use (I don't have exact hope for the top path of the ice monkey)
