Vocabulary from this video " Controlling the weather":
    1) drizzle (v) - to rain in small drops; drizzling (n) raining in very small light drops, raining lightly.
    2) Cloud seeding (n) - a way/method of getting snow and rain out of clouds by spreading chemicals in clouds in order to produce rain or more rain; Airplanes fly through clouds and spray chemicals into clouds in order to make water particles freeze and stick together as snowflakes. Cloud seeding is also controversial. Therefore the scientists are accused of it.
    3) Geo-engineering (n) - a method used to artificially control the environment, specifically in order to deal with the problem of climate change such as global warming; Solar geo-engineering aims to reduce global warming by reflecting sunlight away from the Earth back into space. This involves putting tiny particles called aerosols into the stratosphere - the space much high above the cloud.
    4) Manipulate (v) - to manage/control something; to handle especially skilfully; weather manipulation (control weather)
    5) Meddle (v) - to interfere; try to change or influence something which is not your responsibility or without being asked. To meddle with something. Cloud seeding and geo engineering are controversial. Therefore scientists are accused of meddling with nature.
    6) Playing God - Act as if you have unlimited power or control over everything and can do whatever you want.
    7) Excuse (n) - a reason was given to explain why you did something wrong or why you didn't take action.
    8) Controversy (n) - an argument between opposing points of view.
    8) Waxed and waned (idiom) - something firstly increased but then decreased over time; (up and down)
    9) Taboo (n) - a subject that is avoided or abandoned or forbidden for religious reasons or against social custom. Exp: Alcohol is taboo in Muslim societies.

Controlling the weather is not easy. In my opinion it's impossible to do if i am not wrong. Controlling the weather is connected to everyone and everything. I go along with opinion about that weather makes us annoyed sometimes like a hot weather without rains and etc. Controlling the weather is a good chance and way to live a comfortable life. I hope we will do it. We should just to be more confident about that all. Thanks BBC a lot😊👍

I really relish the climate of Vietnam, a picturesque nation located in the Asia. However, in natural- disaster provinces, residents have to encounter numerous environmental catastrophes such as flood, land slide, vocalnic eruptions... Therefore, I long to make the weather more harmonious and supportive to humans.

Manipulating the weather, well it's actually true the idea came about from the observation of weather patterns being created by Mountains, Rainforests, and active Volcanos, which intern also lead to the discovery of acid rain with regard to active volcanos which produce and push sulphur Dioxide into the atmosphere along with other chemicals in cloud form and their reaction with the water vapour already present and the reaction of the two creating sulphuric acid i.e.; acid rain
It was also discovered that there was an obverse effect on other weather patterns not related to the weather patterns created by volcanos. Iceland being a current classic example, along with the volcanic events on the Hawaiian islands.
Now the reaction of none Maline weather patterns such as weather patterns created by Mountain ranges, meaning not so violent but act in away like a stiff net though this said they are and can be just as devastating and can take the form of preventing normal weather patterns forming on or either sides of the mountain ranges.
The rainforest, weather pattern is neither violent nor does it have an adverse effect on the outside surrounding weather patterns and in fact the effect is in reverse, outside weather patterns have an adverse effect on the rain forest's weather formations.
The described, all, have one thing in common, and what is known as a weather dome, a separation from the normal and created naturally by the events taking place within and under it.
However, cloud seeding which does take place at regular intervals throughout the world and which is not created naturally but a creation which creates a man made weather domes with the side effects not dissimilar to the weather domes naturally created by the active volcanos and mountain ranges which intern have an adverse effect on the surrounding natural weather patterns and because cloud seeding and the weather dome it creates are man made and not a natural occurrence. Therefore, the question, what are the adverse future scientific outcomes with regard to man made weather tampering. And should open scientific debate be allowed instead of the denial culture now developing through officialdom and its media attempting to close scientific debate down. The questions should also then be for what purpose does man made weather tempering serve, who are its advocates and what is the driving force behind those advocating such and what part dose officialdom and its media play.
Those attempting to close down open scientific debate is no longer an option and should understand the world has witnessed the implementation and the destructive nature and become victims of man made weather tampering

Controlling the weather is not currently possible with our current technology and understanding of the natural world. Weather is influenced by complex atmospheric processes and natural phenomena, and while we can predict and monitor it to some extent, we cannot control it
