- Police in Wakiso have blocked the former FDC presidential candidate, Kizza Besigye, from leaving his home citing security concerns.
The opposition politician was scheduled to attend a court session to answer charges of disobeying lawful orders.
The blockade comes a day after Besigye beat security and attended prayers in Namutumba district.
