All these lyrics mixed together over this soulful song made me legit cry. DOOM was one of the first underground dudes who I heard when I was 12 and absorbed me into the whole world of Underground Hip-hop. He made me realize that music could be poetry on another level from anything I was hearing anywhere else.
Rest In Power to the biggest villain. The greatest demon. Your favourite MCs favourite MC. Got more lyrics than the church got ooh lawds.

i almost cried during this, honestly new years eve and day were terrible for me, i was already feeling lonely and then i found out about his passing. I can't say i was his biggest fan, honestly i have only listened to Madvillany and a couple of other songs, but this felt so horrible for some reason. I also can't blame him for my sadness those days, but it definitely affected me and i don't really know why. MF DOOM one of the greatest to do it.
Even if you didnt listen that much, you can feel the devastation the whole music community feels... he's an icon. MF DOOM. ALL CAPS.

He wasn’t just a rapper, he was a story teller, and, despite his struggles with addiction, poverty, homelessness, etc, he was an inspiration. RIP to the illest lyricist of our generation 🤧

Normally I would copy and paste the generic ‘“I will possess your heart” by death cab for cutie isn’t all I need’ line but this is honestly just a stunning and well-done tribute. DOOM’s lyricism over the melancholy and somewhat laid back beat of all I need makes for a song that is both sad and showcases DOOM’s amazing rapping rather than trying too hard to make a mix funny or ‘interesting’. This is great work, and a good tribute to a great man. RIP DOOM
