For the FIRST TIME in about 33 years..... I am under 200lbs!!!! Lost 33lbs since July 1st of this year. Just in time for my birthday(63 year old male) later this week as it was my goal to get under 200 by then. I will continue on my Carnivore/Ketovore/PHD adventure until I hit my goal weight of 175lbs. Looking forward to getting my blood work done this coming January.

THANK YOU Dr Berry and Neisha! 61 years old and have been pre-diabetic for a long time but after eating Carnivore with some KETO for about 3 months - not only is my A1c now at 5.5 reading as normal - but my wife was laughing at me tonight and snapped a pic of how baggy my pants are now! She said I could fit 2 people in them and to get some new ones!! Pretty much overweight all of my life - except when the Army made me slim down! My wife and I are both on the team and feeling great! Thank you - thank you - THANK YOU!

Heaviest at 222 pounds…. I am at 186, 50 days in. The carnivore lifestyle is absolutely incredible. I never go hungry, eat till I am full, and am losing weight, losing fat at a rapid rate. Inflammation is down, no more bloating and no more stomach aches after every meal… cholesterol numbers have improved, even my Ménière’s disease seems a little better. Excited to see what will happen to my fatty liver. Thanks for everything Doc!

Dr Berry and Neisha, I just love you both so much. I didn't get to finish the video on Monday but I did record it so I could see it today. I owe you so much Dr Berry since I became one of your fans. No more diabetes....my own Dr could not believe it.
I had to tell her that she should not be always trying to push medications on people all the time. Sometimes there are other ways to treat people. She didn't say a word. But I have told you Dr. Berry that you saved me. 3 years ago I was taking 100mg of Basaglar perday and 1 shot of Trulicity a week. now none of them. Thank you and God Bless you Dr. Berry for all you do for everyone. You are amazing.....

My husband and I ( both carnivores)have been watching you for about 3 years and spreading the news about the proper human diet. We are so so incredibly grateful to you for all the info you’ve shared and how it has changed our lives for the better! We always tell people to check you out and a few have and have also changed their lives with this WOE. If ever we have questions we check your channel first to see what you say about salt or whatever. My husband is 65 years young and our doctor recently told him he looks like he’s 28 as he is so lean from carnivore and free weights. Up here in 🇨🇦 we are spreading the word, it’s tough as many don’t believe cutting out sugar & carbs can be that life changing. I work in a school and seeing what kids eat breaks my heart. We can’t change everyone but keep on spreading the word as we can together impact some. God bless you & Neisha, love & much gratitude ♥️♥️♥️

I've been following you both for a while now and these videos keep me motivated and I really had a good laugh tonight. I am going to be spreading the word and be a shining example of what can happen with the proper human diet. I will be comparing body comp MRIs in May 2024 after 12 months of ketovore. My huzzah is that since April this year I am already down 100 lbs in scale weight (maintaining muscle mass), lost lots of inches (need new clothes) , my blood work is great, no more meds for high BP and cholesterol. 2024 is going to be friggin awesome.

Yesterday, I had someone define veganism as intentionally trying to reduce the amount of harm that they cause. I told them that then I am vegan because I work to improve the soil of my yard and mainly eat beef. I try to buy local and do not use any pesticides or herbicides. I also avoid vegetables that have been grown through the use of those types of chemicals. I would call that an intentional act to reduce the amount of harm I cause, hence I must be a vegan. I love when people make crazy arguments and I turn it around on them.

About 2 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with esophaal cancer that had metastasize to the liver. The liver had 27 lesions on it. Prognosis was not good.
I was on keto for the last 2 1/2 years and intermittent fasting throughout the same period it’s been 55 treatments of chemo since my first diagnosis and most of the lesions are gone two or three small fear 4 mm lions remain on. I still have the cancer in my esophagus that we will probably look at this year , thank you for all the help you give people. For "Always Learning's" question: Listen to Niesha about easy cooking !!!! I don't want to spend much time cooking, so I'll just scramble 3 eggs in a frying pan (with butter) and cook bacon in the microwave. Or..... I'll make a hamburg patty and fry it in butter in a frying pan and put some chopped onions and chopped tomatoes around the hamburg patty and put it all in a bowl and eat. The hamburg patty and tomatoes and onions is a meal that I eat almost every day. It only takes a few minutes and you're done and ready to eat. Cooking...... for eating this way .........does not have to be complicated. Another great meal is to buy a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken at your local supermarket. Easy peasy. No cooking at all.... And subscribe to Neisha's UA-cam channel and watch her cooking and "what I eat in a day" videos for some other great ideas on easy cooking. The most complicated recipes I use are to chop up some onion and tomatoes to go along with my beef (ground beef or steak)

Yes, people can react to different bottled water and natural tap water. At the Environmental Health Center of Dallas patients had different waters they could tolerate and others they did not do so well with. Our local tap water is sometimes highly chlorinated and naturally has very high floride. Natural waters can have great variety in quality and taste. I have a friend who has to take very fast baths as her skin reacts to water, turning red and burning.

Egg intolerance: I can not eat homegrown eggs (duck) right now because they free range and eat grass, which I am allergic to. I can eat conventional Chicken eggs because they don't get grass. My son developed an IGE allergy to honeybee sting, from our duck eggs (he already had a wasp sting allergy) because our ducks eat honeybees. Hoping the allergies will drop off as we do more carnivore, but he is getting venom shots to deal with sting allergies. I am doing SLIT for grass allergies.

Reading Arlene’s question on the live catch up. I wonder if she’s over salting her food? That could be causing the nausea. Just a thought!

18 months doing carnivore and have not lost 1 ounce! Feeling better but need to drop lots of weight. Lowish thyroid so started iodine, 3drops of 2%, also take vit d, k, hawthorn. Again, feeling better but no weight loss! Eat lots of fat and mostly ribeye and ground beef. Any suggestions?

I am 80 female, 72kg, done keto with IF 18/6 for 3 months and loved it .i am interested in carnivore diet. What holds me back is this enormous amount of meat that needs to be eaten to make it worth while in terms on improving health. Im a small eater i.e. 2 sausages or 1x100gr hamburger is a meal for me. How could i ease i to carnivore diet? Thanks

I have blocked artery’s in my lower legs. I’ve been warned that a high fatty diet could make it worse . Is that true? Also I’m having mild chest pain and shoulder , neck and arm pain in the last three days and nights .. the pain is moving up to my jaw on the lift. All of this is on the left side is anything to be concerned about?
