taric can do that with his ult but like for a few second but when taric goes full armour if some adc wants to kill him they would need to fire like 125 shoots until hes dead but fact his passive w and e stacks with his armour i mean his w gives him 10% ARMOUR AND IF YOU MAX IT ITS 15 OP

this game is so unbalanced... yesterday I was playing lux and a diana built full tank, she would still one-shot me and I did nothing to her. How unfair, it has become so boring to play the game if you don't main a champ that can go those builds

no he is live almost every day, he just doesn't save his broadcasts publicly because copyright/doesn't want people stealing his clips. if you check it says the last time he was live was 2 days ago (the day you commented)
that champ just needs a nerf, the mobility is too broken for that damage, look at twisted fate, thats where katarina should be, alot of mobility should have a cost, but katarina has no cost, too much damage, maybe just make it so it doesnt work with ad items.
