It's a balance, being the best you physically by eating balanced meals, drinking water, exercising, doing skin care, wearing signature perfumes, going to sleep on time, dressing in clothes and colors that accentuate your skin color, undertones, body shape and overall makes you look and feel your best, in my opinion, is almost as important as taking care of your 'energy', watching what enters your space, being confident, genuinely loving yourself, setting aside time for you and what you want, self-improvement.

I was a people pleaser before, I was unhealthy inside and out ( developed IBS, occasional severe face and headace and uncontrolled hypertension, dull & pimples all over my face & back), begging for someone to stay and keep on chasing them. The part about “getting pretty for yourself” is so true 😭😭😭😭 I used to do my makeup and wear a cute outfit every day, even during quarantine when I never left the house lol. It made me feel SO confident and I always felt more motivated to do things/get things done! I’m finally getting back into that energy now, but for the past year or so I just didn’t treat myself like I was deserving of looking pretty. I started putting others first to the point of exhaustion (literally every second of every day I was people pleasing and stopped thinking about my own desires and importance) and compromised my own self-worth in the process. So, to anyone reading this, try to give yourself a little bit of time every day to do whatever makes you feel more confident and beautiful! No matter how you feel about yourself right now, trust me when I say that you are ALWAYS deserving of self-love and care, even if you don’t always believe it. I didn't recieve any love from my parents. I was so desparate. I got eating desorder, I was eating way too much I got bullied ın high school so much then I loosed weight with not eating. I was lonely and I was so embarassed about myself. A lot of things happened to me I was like, no I give up, but then, I saw your videos and I wathced like all of your videos Liz. Not until recently when I started my self healing journey that has brought back my true best version and more. I feel so great and can never trade myself or what I stand for, for anything else. And watching your videos just really provides me with all the tips I need to even better myself. The part about “getting pretty for yourself” is so true 😭😭😭😭 I used to do my makeup and wear a cute outfit every day, even during quarantine when I never left the house lol. It made me feel SO confident and I always felt more motivated to do things/get things done! I’m finally getting back into that energy now, but for the past year or so I just didn’t treat myself like I was deserving of looking pretty. I started putting others first to the point of exhaustion (literally every second of every day I was people pleasing and stopped thinking about my own desires and importance) and compromised my own self-worth in the process. So, to anyone reading this, try to give yourself a little bit of time every day to do whatever makes you feel more confident and beautiful! No matter how you feel about yourself right now, trust me when I say that you are ALWAYS deserving of self-love and care, even if you don’t always believe it. Sending everyone all the love and blessings in the world 💖✨✨✨
i needed this so much girl...😭currently m feeling like i dont deserve all the good things because i made a terrible mistake in past. It consumes me. I had evn stopped studying, doing skin care, treating myself, cuz i dint feel like Im worth all these things. My sister says i smile but not like i used to do before. also, few days ago, i took a tough decision, and walked away from a certain somebody i used to talk to on internet for a very long time and we felt like soulmates, but when we finally saw eachother irl i was just shaking and not feeling it idk what was off with them but their energy waa not IT to me so the next day i asked a friend for help and they told me to be honest with them bc i was afraid that i’m going to break their heart or to make them feel bad if i say so, but i chose to be direct and i just told them that i couldn’t do it anymore and wished them the best… but i still somehow feel bad for it, and for myself too bc it was literally my passion to talk to them pretty everyday and i enjoyed the fact that we shared similar ideas and that both our past relationships were kind of the same and everything but yea anyways,
feel like this video was posted on the right time, i needed to know again how valuable i am and that i deserve better no matter what, when i leave it’s either i just still by myself feeling great or it’s a better person coming after them that will add more positive things to my life 🙏🏻

I didn't recieve any love from my parents. I was so desparate. I got eating desorder, I was eating way too much I got bullied ın high school so much then I loosed weight with not eating. I was lonely and I was so embarassed about myself. A lot of things happened to me I was like, no I give up, but then, I saw your videos and I wathced like all of your videos Liz.
