This is what I’ve been looking for. Other UA-cam videos don’t show this level of description, thanks mate.
Great video!. Thanks for sharing
This was very helpful. Thanks!
Thank you so much man was tearing my hair out trying to work this our for a utilities drawing I had to do
Really useful video, thanks!
Thank you so much for saving my time! Really helpfull!
Thanks mate, this helped me out.
Luckily you mentioned what the last number did, because I just had to edit my GAS linetype so that the 'GAS' words weren't overlapping each other, just had to spread them out.
Thank you! This was very user friendly =)
Thanks. it helped me a lot
❤ thanks so much for this, I have been trying to edit these so I can show the cable size ducting like 150mm or 100mm
Thank you sir!
Thanks for the video, I was able to use -linetype command by following the gas script. However I wasn't able to open the .Lin file with Mac
Reallly helpful, thank you. One question if you can help, I have followed your steps exactly by the new line type text is huge, any idea how to fix this?
very helpful! how would you express inch and a half or 1.5"?
I've successfully made custom linetypes as shown in the video. But when I change the Linetype scale the custom ones I made dont change like the premade ones. Does anyone know how to fix this so lt scale works?
please show how to put manhole in line type.
Were you in another room when you were talking?
This only works in civil 3d if you set your scale to 1 inch equals one. Only good for regular autocad.
Has anyone had any success using this method in AutoCAD LT? I attempted to create a fenceline with "-----x-----x-----x", but when I try to load it this way, the line only appears as a continuous line.
I'm having the same issue. I think it has to do with not scaling correctly.
If any can chime in, that would be great!
