Well, it's been crazy on my end, trying to balance life, work, and the surprise addition of a new puppy! In this video, I will touch base on my experiences with anxiety and how I've been coping. Hey girl! I can relate all too well. My hands do go numb with anxiety but I've since been also diagnosed with chronic illness that contributes to my anxiety and the numbness. Lizzy is sooo sooo cute!!!! What a scary experience glad she's okay though! ❤
Well, it seems like our hands have a mind of their own when anxiety kicks in. Who needs numbness, right? On a serious note, I appreciate you sharing your story and I'm relieved that Lizzy is safe. She's a little warrior!
