one of my favorite details than you can see in Megamix and in this video is that all the songs are in groups of 4, and all follow the order of Tengoku > Gold > Fever > Megamix

It’s only graded inputs. Coin Toss and Charging Chicken don’t punish you for waiting an arbitrary amount of time for the first input, so they aren’t counted as inputs.
