The had plenty of RPOs, Read options, they had a solid Gun Bunch, They had gun and tight y off, Iform Wing, Multiple singlebacks but in 23 it’s gonna be wayyy better because of brian daboll. Reggie, I know this off topic but the only formations that give me fits on defense is all the gun trey’s and trips TE and such causes mismatch in the slot and trips is just OP
I think zone/cross man defenses are the best type of defenses.. having both man and zone on the field is a good way to confuse the d..I like to man up the tight end for teams like kc, bucs, falcons, ravens etc.. teams where the te is better than the receiver or equivalent

I’m starting 2 run more exotic blitz for the last 20 yrs I been winning with coverage but it’s so bogus now u have 2 really send the heat and play n coverage as safety I use bmore and user fs all game
On that Cover 6 blitz, have you had issues with people bombing over the top if they come out in 4+ receiver sets? I sometimes bluff the blitz just to bait and then cover the 3 Rec, but I’ve gotten beat over the top too.
Yeah cover 6 in general can be bombed. It can be little glitchy with the deep half not resting to some route. That’s why I really use it as changeup not as a base D where they can get a read on when you are running it
@@KingReggie_2Got it! Yea I’ve found some success putting the other linebacker that’s not in the curl flat on a middle third. It tends to make the Qb hood the ball a little longer.

Yeha makes sense bro! Thats why i like this style you can really just morph it into whatever you need
Also a good tip is to play on a monitor. I feel like my user on defense is way better on a monitor than my big screen tv.

Yeha facts bro before this year i have always been a coverage player. But in 22 i really think you need to send heat and force them into some mistakes
