I feel like she was in on the pregnancy plot, to give Chris an out. But when she found out he’d been having unprotected sex with Paige, it changed everything for her.

Paige's actions on the show reveal that she doesn't have strong support.
You can have parents and friends and still be all alone in this world and that's one reason why she is trying so hard to make it work with Chris. She is determined to have someone to count on. Chris is just not the one.
There are many layers to it and I kinda see myself in her but I can also be off base. But one thing is for sure, there is some sort of trauma in her past.
Mercedes said not right now after she heard Paige and him were sleeping together. It seems like he was talking to Mercedes about getting back together in a relationship meanwhile he was still sleeping with Paige.

The thing I missed about Erik until this episode is that he's a civilian AND a military pilot. I don't know if he's a Reservist or National Guard member, but it explains why he's so regimented in his thinking. That should be explored on the show, cuz the only time a man expected me to contact him every two hours was when I was in an abusive relationship.
I get the vibe (if this was a movie) that E's and V's relationship is a long con. V and her friends would be the ones to rob Erik blind while he's away on a work trip. And at the end, the friend who met with Erik on the balcony would be revealed to be the true boyfriend

How could one not feel some type of way after a couple of jabs at your ego? It's one thing where, in this very reaction video @22:22 Marcus says that Melissa "pulled a Kev." Everyone got the joke laughed cause it's a act of yawning that does no harm no foul. But Brianna is attaching his name to an act that is associated with clumsiness. Then Vinny tries to save face and say "That's the first time I did that." Then Briana DOUBLES DOWN and says "There's a first time for everything". This was why Vinny was mad and later asked Briana what do you mean by that phrase? Do you think "Vinny/Vincent" is dumb?
I remember maybe in this episode or earlier that Briana said "Oh look at Clara doing wife thing.. didn't expect THAT coming from... "her." " with a smile on her face to the camera. Another smart comment. I know I'm in the minority, but I felt for Vinny. I understood completely.

Exactly! I’ve been saying this and didn’t believe him when he first tried to downplay the first marriage. I was military and I know I don’t know everything but he was in a relationship and living with her that whole time and that’s not what goes on when you’re doing it for money. He liked her enough to want her to be around and he keeps referencing that situation for why he’s right in this one. I didn’t trust him from the beginning and he’s controlling, and he doesn’t want to own up to and address what went wrong the first time around

Haley friend legit said she had never seen her in a relationship and she has known her since college. THIS GIRL HAS ISSUES. She use small superficial things to back away from people. Her friends even said she is quick to check out. She has never once apologized to Jacob for lying but expects him to apologize to her. Jacob had every right to jump big mad at a women that pretend to like him sleep with him, sees him and runs the other way and then have the nerve to not explain way. FYI Jacob has said that he is more than willing to change his outfit. His 80s thing is a passionate Hobby not a personality defect. When he talks to others he is not mentioning the 80s in every convo nor does he reference 80s to make examples during said conversation therefore it is not a deep non changeable characteristic problem.

I think we have to be more patient with Paige. Remember what Dr. Viviana said about how long it takes to leave an abusive situation. She has not been with him for a long time but there is obviously some external (outside of Chris) cause that's led her to be this way.
I think we underestimate how easy it is to be manipulated. As Dr Viviana said, Chris manipulated them all. I can understand we all think because Paige doesn’t know Chris, she shouldn’t be so invested-but I don’t think we’ve fully grasped how badly Paige wants to be married and to build a family. I still empathize with Paige

I am of Caribbean decent, so I want to make that clear before I comment what I’m about to say. I know and have dated men like Vincent. I think the whole “disrespect” thing is something that many Caribbean men believe. That basically anytime a woman is too vocal, in any way, they see it as a form of disrespect. Many Caribbean men have very fragile egos and are very machismo. While I think Vincent appreciates a girl like Briana, realistically, I don’t think she is the girl who is for him. I fear that he is wants Briana to shrink herself to please him. And I don’t like it.

I would genuinely want to hear from a member of the congregation in which Chris was a pastor at. I am curious to hear whether he was a good shepherd to them. Like I can't wrap my head around the fact that he was a pastor once upon a time just looking at his behavior on the show
