Constructive criticism really helps business owners so they can see what they can improve on. The owner seems like he really cares about his business and I’ll bet if you go back in a few months, he will have made some changes 😊 Y’all should try North Carolina BBQ, it’s much more tangy with the vinegar, and personally my favorite way to have bbq sandwiches!

I’ve found that a lot of bbq spots have something lacking with the sides. I think it’s because the majority of bbq guys/girls aren’t trained chefs but get into it as a hobby and then run with it. The meats are usually top notch so I don’t even bother with sides at bbq spots
