Had is acting as a Main Verb
Qn . 1. Have you had your lunch ?
Had = Eaten
Qn. 2. Have you finished your lunch?
Ans. 1. Yes. I have just had (or) Yes. I have had.
Ans. 2. Yes. I finished (or) Yes. I have just finished

When we discuss about more then two past actions, we use past tense for last action only, all the previous actions mentioned by past perfect tense.
"I bought a book from library, in that some pages had missed, somebody had torn the pages."
