This robotic system dismantles damaged pallets for recycling - replacing a labor-intensive and dangerous job for pallet recyclers and large-volume logistics operations. Capable of dismantling pallets 30 x 30 up to 60 x 60 inches, production is consistent day after day.

This does a fair job. First application like this I have seen that does well. How is the maintenance on this thing?

This machines needs 4 full time maintenance men keeping it running, on average it has 53weeks of down time every year and maintenance cost are about $500,000 per year.

All fixed coordinates for same exactness of pallet? Or can it automatically cut random sized pallet?
