Not a bad video but you failed to capture the best parts of Rogers. The downtown town area is nice but fairly small bc that's what rogers was. It was a small town and then a huge population of Hispanics moved here in the 90s including my parents and my siblings. That helped the economy grow so the city expanded but I didn't expand around the downtown area. Instead it expended to the Westside of town. That's where all the new business, restaurants, homes and shopping centers are at. There's a lot to do in this area but most of it is outdoor stuff like hiking, mountain biking, canoeing/kayaking, etc. During the summer on the west side of town the Wal Mart Amphitheater hosts HUGE names in music check it out!
I hope you all can come back for some of the Car Shows!!! Haven't been for a long time- but they sure are so worth it!!! The Car culture became what it is also in So Cali, because of great weather for working on the cars and cruising!!💯👍🔥
The problem with rogers is that it has gone into debt because of car centricity. They make it impossible to do anything other than drive there, exept downtown, and all the road extensions and repairs, along with sprawling single family development, makes the city a prime example of Induced demand. Bentonville has actually done something against this, but Rogers has just continued to favor the car.
Come back to Hot Springs and explore more. You didn’t say anything in the last video here. You talked in Lake Hamilton, but not once you got into town. Come back
You guys crack me up. Springdale has Tyson, Cargill and George’s chicken plants. Yet you smell it in Rogers. The first Wal-mart was in Bentonville where the Wal-mart museum is. We have never had squatted trucks for the 50 years I have lived here. We drive regular pick up trucks or jacked up trucks. Springdale has far more Hispanics than Rogers.
He smells the chicken in rogers bc the chicken plant is literally there around the corner. Bentonville did not have the first Wal mart it had the first store owned by Sam Walton called Waltons. Rogers is the home to the first Wal Mart super center but you are correct about Springdale having more Hispanics than rogers.
@@richiegillham42069 yeah right have seen same videos over and over again.must be magic carpet get from one side of the country to the other in record time.lol.

Arkansas is a beautiful state if people don't like it they shouldn't be going there !!!
The Arkansas state bird is a mosquito. 🦟
Not true. There are *many* states that have more mosquitos than Arkansas. Ticks and chiggers on the other hand...

Do New York City or New Jersey!
NW Arkansas is more diverse then what people think.
He says tontitown is a poor area. He.s not really up to date. I live there.its far from being a poor area. Needs to slow down study area more. Fyi
