Me, as a Gryphon main since his release, I can asure you, he changed a lot and he is at his prime (tho he is old).
Helm Cleaver (f. dodge + light) used to not be enhanced (now it is enhanced, enhancing his 1v1 mix-ups and ganking potential).
Gryphon Shove used to be back + GB input, and being 600ms (now it is a f. dodge + GB input and 433ms).
Mind Cleaver (dodge attack) used to deal 16 damage (now 14) and have a 500ms delayed input (removed to static 300ms normal input, then reverted universally to 200 to 400ms input).
Veteran Slash (follow up after a Veteran Kick) used to deal 28 damage (which people bitched so much they nerfed to 24 damage).
People mentioned he had a DLC bug (present on Black Prior and Afeera) where his Veteran Kick would be undodgeable if the opponent switch guard after taking a chain light (which never happened to me because no one used his chain light, me included).
I still think to this day his side heavy finishers should deal 28 damage instead of 30, but his Veteran Slash should deal 26 damage (or even 28) instead of 24.
