i just realized that gallagher's ult debuf makes each character heal themselves, which completely negates Sam's healing debuf. If this is true, actually underrated character, this guy is goated wtf
Gallagher is the sole reason I was able to beat the 2.1 boss (don’t know if you are allowed to say who it is yet). Every character just full healed every turn from the dice.

Besotted also lasts for quite some time, although I'm not sure about the scaling, but I saw my JY healing himself by 1.8k on his skill alone.

I beat sam using Acheron + Welt + SW and Gallagher (E6 S2) as a sustainer, and his healing really helps a lot.
