The thing about heat tech is when you go inside you’re gonna be hot. When you throw on outer layers you can take those off when it gets hot inside. But you can’t take off the heat tech
I just went to Ukraine and HeatTech was a blessing. That said...as soon as I went into a restaurant I started sweating...😰 You also have to be careful because HeatTech can dry out your skin, so make sure to moisturize.

This is out of topic but, who here has to wear there jeans a bit high than normal?.. I really can't (personally) wear jeans on low rise because it sags down, always wearing high rise jeans .. Who else has this problem?.
