Happy Diwali to all, In your busy life try to understand the importance of Health. Food- Avoid over processed food, extreme masala food, avoid Maida, sugar, having 3 times whites a day. Eat Nutrition food - whole food, salad, steam vegetables, boiled one, don't eat over processed. Sleep :- helps your mental & physical health Sleep deprivation lead to- faster aging, insulin resistance, repairing body is compromised, hormones imbalance, decrease in resting metabolism. Sleep for 7 to 8 hrs, try to sleep on time everyday. Gut health- what you eat matter alot Whole food : more Nutrients =>long term energy Processed food :- less Nutrients => short term energy. In your gut :- food helps in Detoxification, Recovery the body, Growth in the body, fullfil Nutrition deficiency, Right food gives you energy not laziness. Yoga means understanding yourself, your body , your hormones, understanding what actually your body want! Nature helps us, teach us the reality of life.
