I find that when I pan a channel in the mix bus, FOH mix also gets panned. How do you pan channels in the mix bus without affecting the FOH mix?
panning in mixbus is possible in stereo mixbusses, group two mixbusses. in a stereobus left is volume and right is pan in control. somewhere in setup is maybe also an option enabled pan mixbus follows master...

There isn't any. This console sucks. You can use aux sends as a work around.
