I vote corner sofa. It will break up the room into sections and also be more cosy. I think the 2 sofas could look a bit formal. I know you’re thinking about dead space by the window up come summer and hosting with those massive doors open it will help bring the outside in. You could maybe get a little cool big surface area coffee table for in front of the sofa 🥰
Definitely sofa and the chair… so much more versatility especially around the holidays, it’s esthetically more pleasing and gives the doggies more room to run around… congrats on the new house too.

I think an l corner sofa would look better and not as formal- more of a chill party vibe x
I’m voting for the L shape. It’ll differentiate it a bit more from your living room furniture and I think there’s just something more casual and informal about the corner. Whoever ends up sat in the love seat might end up feeling like a roundabout with their back to the kitchen.
Sure it will end up looking beautiful whatever you decide x
You looked gorgeous in the white blazer and shorts combo. Stunner 🔥. Also, I think the L-shaped sofa in the informal space might work better. Seems like it might be more workable in that area 🥰🥰🥰

Difficult decision Alex, I like the sofa idea with love seat. I just fill like for the space that would look nice. But you of course are the one using the space, it will be nice either way! 🤩🇺🇸💛

You have probably already finished your living room but a nice fireplace underneath the TV that is either electric or gas powered with a nice mantel and you can still add storage for your games on each side would really make the room super cozy on could could nights plus they have remote controls and are not very expensive.

I think the L shape is better as the one chair facing the wall seems weird to me whereas the L shape just separates the space from the kitchen
