Over 2 decades ago, my coworker invited me to an Assemblies of God Woman’s Conference in SC, Mrs. Monroe was a speaker. I fell in love with her. Her message was so encouraging and her demeanor was so sweet. Such a positive role model for women. My love to you and Mr Munroe, as you both meant so much to me. Your legacy has built so many of us.
I miss her and her hubs, it's so warming to see how their son took his shy behaviour on stage from her and their daughter took after dr. Munroe

This message truly blessed me today. In preparing to go to my son’s house for Mother’s Day, I found myself rushing around but I stopped! in my tracks when I heard my sister pause for a minute not knowing what was happening so I walked back into my living room to see she was feeling some kind of way and then the man that God gave her cane to her side and that was so beautiful. I continued to listen to Sister Ruth’s message and it was very powerful. We need to stand our ground in our homes, over our children and set the example. Rest in Heaven Munroe family.

Mothers must influence everything in their care
I was designed to create the culture, and conditions in which my children should grow.... into what God would like them to grow into.
My responsibilities as a mother
1. To set the culture of this house... to make the house a home. As for me and my house we do it this way....
- respect each other and their things
- if u dodnt put it there... dont touch it
- honor and obey your parents because God says so... n it will go well with u
- donot talk back to anyone in this house
- you will learn manners.. pliz, sorry n thank you.. will be learnt from home
- we play, pray, eat and go out together.. learn how to work with pipo and be yourself.
- no shouting, no fussing, parents dont fight in front of your children
- love , hugs, kisses, saying I live u to each other. Men can hug a fellow man.. fathers hug sons... Hudson male our children feel loved, secure and protected....a real does of caring, loving and hugging is got from home.
Oo.. that I would make my house a refuge, for my children to be refiled.
We must minister to our children
2. Motherhood helps yo give direction - everyone that comes under my care, I am responsible for... no matter how old they r... I am still their mother... mother will always remain mother and if they .. my children will honor me, it will go well with them....
Prov 13:34; 22:15; 23:14;
When we beat them, we need to tell them, " I love u"
In this house the culture is, u r given one time, u donot do it again ... unless you to fill something ... spank**
3. Motherhood is discipline....
Proverbs 19:18 - motherhood is discipline ..if I dont discipline them... they could die... in discipline, there is hope...
deut 8:5 - the Lord disciplined us.. as a man disciplined his son... and we shall be accountable to God for our role in disciplining our children.
4. Teach them obedience and respect for authority and older than them
5. We need to transfer faith and values to our children. The value of doing things... you reap what u sow... there is value in doing things... u value life as God values life.
