Bhai mere paas ek jio ka Prepaid jio fiber connection jo mere purane ghar me laga tha maine usko relocate karwane ke liye request dala to wo to jio nahi kiya bahut bahane banaye request cancel bhi kar diya 3 se 4 baar fir main new location pe new conection liya jo mujhe usne lagane se pahle nahi bataya ki wo postpaid hai kya main postpaid box hata ke apna prepaid box laga du to kaam karega abhi active hai
Im currently facing this issue I asked for the Prepaid Connection the Engineer guy fooled me and given postpaid connection and saying that this is prepaid connection in call and after that i asked that to convert to prepaid he said it is not possible as there are no prepaid plans available and in website which you are seeing details regarding penalty is old website and trying to convince me. Now trying to connect with jio with regarding this issue but no one is helping I have call regarding in the second call in which he said that no prepaid plans are available to me. Till now i have jio fiber prepaid plan but for internet reimbursement i tried getting new connection on my name but they fooled me in getting postpaid connection even in all messages and mails and bills i can see that it's no where mentioned that is prepaid or postpaid
