@@Hasanaljadid Well culture is religion when it comes to Russians and Central Asians, it has always been since Islam came to spread over to Central Asia, Indian subcontinent, Russia, and China. Islam is more culturally understood. Same in Indonesia and the Malay archipelago, which are of different madhab, Shaf'ii as opposed to Hanafi.
