Well I figured out a way, just spam. Keep on using the Meteor Smash over and over again. Don't shot any ki blast. And only fire your Kamehameha wave if 19 shoots his energy wave attack to beam clash. So that's it, just use the Meteor Smash at all times and only use the Kamehameha when 19 uses his energy wave to beam struggle.
@@sofianeboutarfa8571 we can get Mr. Satan against Cell after Goku gives up (same thing about how we can get SSJ Teen Gohan against Cell, but dialogues are different). Not sure, because i didn't get that when i played that game in Dolphin Emulator in my phone.
@@sofianeboutarfa8571 to get him, you have to purposefully fail on that one section before SSJ Gohan where you must move the joystick, while not getting yourself killed, ofc
Iirc, when you press R3 and do the blast clash bewteen goku and cell, you need to screw it up and get blasted (make sure you have enough health to survive), then survive for a while and press R3 so that hercule comes in, and you get to fight cell as him! However, if you press R3 again as hercule, you'll end up switching to gohan, so avoid pressing R3 if you want to defeat cell as hercule

I killed 19 with base Vegeta, it was the same as the ssj dialogue/ scene but with base Vegeta instead

Nothing happens, and then Goku SSJ is defeated plus you will play as Teen Gohan SSJ.
